The RIMproReport Show is expressly created for the RIM services industry, including records management & storage services, shred and destruction, data protection & media vault and the document management & scanning service industry.

Hosted by Tom Adams, it includes video and audio programming.  It’s a weekly show approximately 30 – 45 minutes in length.

The show will provide industry news, product reviews, industry success stories, education, tips and tricks.

New media programming has proven to be extremely effective for getting your message out to a very targeted audience.  The RIMproReport is offering a unique opportunity to industry vendors and interested entities to share their message with the RIMproReport audience.

The following sponsorship opportunities are available:

  • 1 Platinum Series Sponsorship Includes:
    • a 300 x 250 px banner with link on every page within the RIMproReport.com site
    • a full mention of the sponsor name, tagline, and URL at the beginning and end of each podcast
    • and a 30-60 second “conversational commercial” in each podcast presented live by Tom
    • Two tweets per week with a thanks to the sponsor (with sponsor URL)
    • listing in our “Our Sponsors” directory linked on every page

Only one platinum sponsor will be accepted for the RIMproReport.

  • Gold Sponsorship Includes:
    • a 125x 125px on the right hand menu which is displayed on both the homepage and most other pages within the RIMproReport.com website
    • a mention of the sponsor name, tagline, and URL once during each podcast.
    • a listing in our “Our Sponsors” directory linked on every page

A total of only six gold sponsors will be allowed at a time.

  • Special Highlight Show Purchase
    You get to do a entire 30 minute show about your product or service. This allows you to present your product or service in a typical “Tom” style interview. But the point is to expose a new product or service to the audience in a more complete way.

    • A special link on that show’s web page.
    • Your contact details included on the show.
    • Ability to use show recording on your own site.

These shows are extras in the schedule, but operate the same way as the regular show.
These shows cost $2500 each.

  • Business Sponsorships Include:
    • a full business  listing page linked from our “Our Sponsors” directory for $40 per month. This allows you to have a full  detailed explanation of your business, links to your website and contact details.  Product photos or downloads…whatever you want to be on your listings page is included.
    • Your business listing page does not have other advertising on it.
    • We will be doing aggressive SEO for the website, so this will provide high inbound link value for your website SEO requirements.

In addition to sponsorships, we also have a “RIMproInsider” membership options for $100 per year.  This is a special supporter level of membership where the member will be displayed as a “Supporter” on the website.   We count on supporters like you to keep the show going!
