Tronitech show: I liked the conversation about Prepping (Labor Costs). Case in point, a medical office pays someone min. wage ($7.50) per hour and is estimated the tech can only index a box a day (2500 to 3000 pages per box). This client has over 1,000 boxes. In turn, that is $60.00 per day (plus) for 1,000 days. That is $60,000 dollars in labor costs. This client could save $30,000 and store inactive records for the next nine years. The retention cyle, in some cases, is the ROI for some clients. This is my biggest hurdle. Enjoyed the show!

Thanks for your response Aaron. Labor is a huge factor in scanning prep. And the economics of all options are fundamental to helping a client choose a particular path to take.
