Not only did Richard lead his company to incredible success, he has been instrumental in the leadership and direction the entire RIM industry has taken. His influence is significant in the services we offer, the associations we are a part of, and the amazing business world we live in.
While many in the greater RIM industry compete with Iron Mountain on a daily basis, Richard’s success and story is worthy of applause and admiration. He is a brilliant strategist and business leader, and I’m thrilled to honor him and his contribution upon his retirement.
Today on the show we’ll share the first half of an extended interview I conducted with Richard as he arrived in Florida to begin his official retirement. In Part 1, we’ll dig into his own personal story and the growth of Iron Mountain. Part 2 of the interview will play on next week’s show. You won’t want to miss it.
We will also get you caught up on the latest industry news.
Enjoy the show.
